The second workshop was held on Monday 8th May 2023. The goal of the workshop is to learn more about quality and equity in the Somali educational system. The meeting was an opportunity for all the participants to further contribute to the development of education in Somalia and to learn about specific teacher education topics, and for sharing of ideas and co-creation of knowledge among interest groups.

The workshop had two presentations that provided a starting point for active discussion. The workshop is for teaching staff at the Somali National University. The workshop is organized by the University of Helsinki as part of the Global Innovation Network for Teaching and Learning (GINTL) project.
